Crepe Bistro eGift Card Policy

1. Purchase & Delivery

• eGift Cards can be purchased online or in person.

• Once the order is processed, the eGift Card will be sent electronically to the recipient’s email address provided by the purchaser.

• Please double-check the email address — Crepe Bistro is not responsible for cards sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

2. Redemption

• eGift Cards can be used for dine-in, takeout, or catering orders at Crepe Bistro.

• Simply present the eGift Card code at checkout.

• eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

3. Balance & Expiration

• There are no expiration dates or fees.

• Remaining balances stay on the card for future use.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat eGift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

• eGift Card purchases are non-refundable.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit toward prior purchases.
